A Proper Spring Diet

The biggest nuance of any proper spring diet is this: a person using it must know the reason behind it: it is that now your body has been drained by winter, or rather, it lacked the necessary vitamins and trace elements over the past three months. Therefore, any restriction in food can lead to unpleasant consequences. But how can one lose pounds when they need to get their health back on track?

Natural process

In fact, losing weight in the spring is a natural process for our body. In the winter - we accumulate it to warm up, in the spring - we dump it as superfluous. By knowing this basic rule, we can stop straining ourselves, but just help ourselves a little, and everything will happen by itself.

Now is the time to move from heavy food, which helped so much in winter, to light and warm (not cold) food. Dropping pounds will be as natural as the onset of spring!

Light food: vegetables, veal, chicken, fish, kefir, cottage cheese.

Heavy foodpork, lamb, beef, refractory cheeses, spicy, salted, smoked foods.

Kefir is our friend!

Even during the ancient times, people and online ukraine dating have noted the useful aspects of kefir. Nutritionists have developed many diets on the basis of kefir, including medical ones. In combination with fruit, such a diet is well suited for spring.

Such a diet implies that one must consume 1–1.5 liters of kefir per day, adding to it another kilogram of fruits. This kefir diet should go on for no longer than 6 days.

If you are getting sick of kefir – alternate it with regular meals, but with some restrictions. Your diet may look like this:

  • 1 day - steamed vegetables and one and a half liters of kefir;
  • 2 day - 100 g of broiled chicken and the same one and a half liters of kefir;
  • 3 day - 100 g of low-fat meat plus 1,5 l of kefir;
  • 4 day - 100 g of low-fat fish and 1,5 l of kefir;
  • 5 day - fruits and 1,5 l of kefir;
  • 6 day - only kefir;
  • 7 day - water and fruits.

However, one should not go too hard with this diet and use it after 2-2,5 months or so.

How to strengthen your nails and hair?

Nails and hair are also week after winter. Cottage cheese, milk, liver, eggs, butter will help them recover after winter. It is useful to eat jelly a couple of times a week - gelatin perfectly strengthens the nails. It is also useful to eat nuts, carrots with vegetable oil, spinach, pumpkin, green salad - they are rich in vitamin A, which is better at making nails strong than any other products one can buy. Also, we should turn our attention to juices in this:

Juice to strengthen nails #1:
  • 1 small cucumber, 4 pcs. of carrot, 3 leaves of cabbage, 1/4 of a bell pepper.

Juice to strengthen nails #2:

  • 6 pcs. of carrot, 1/2 of a parsnip (from a portion of carrots).

Juice for hair growth #1:

  • Carrots, lettuce, green pepper and alfalfa.

Juice for hair growth #2:

  • Cucumber, carrot, spinach, salad.

You should not drink lots of this juice, but a glass of it per day is enough for your nails and hair to get the needed portion of vitamins that your body needs.

The last thing we should mention is that personal preferences matter in this as well, you can customize your diet depending on the products you like, don’t make your diet taxing on yourself, make it easy.
